Terms and Conditions of Trade

1. Prices and
Our quotations are subject to change.
The  prices are in Euro ex-stock and do not include VAT, transport, insurance and other expenses.

2. Liability for product defects
Product defects must be communicated in writing immediately and no later than 10
days after delivery
The customer will provide an appropriate period for a replacement of the defective goods.

3. Retention of title
Ownership of all products delivered by us remains with us until full payment of all
receivables is received

4. Transport
The Transport risk is transferred to the customer when the delivery leaves our stock

5. Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from nonfulfillment or part fulfillment of the order.

6. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Place of jurisdiction for all disputes about orders is the court in 27803 Verden in Germany. German law is applicable
